Terms and Conditions

Orders/Pricing/Item Information

  • Orders may be placed through the phone, email, online, fax, salesman/sales rep (if applicable), or in our showroom in Flushing, NY.
  • Prices are COD only.
  • Prices are subject to change at any time, without notice.
  • Items are billed according to prices in effect at the time order is placed.
  • All quantities must be based off the inner/master case. We will not break any box quantities.
  • New Orders will not be processed if there are any outstanding balances.
  • A $30 fee will be charged every time a check is returned/bounced.
  • We are not responsible for any typing errors.

Shipping

  • All shipments are FOB our warehouse in Flushing, NY.
  • Depending on your location, we can offer free shipping on orders over $1,000. Otherwise, customers are responsible for paying their own freight. Please ask one of our customer service reps for more information.
  • We do not provide inside deliveries.

Claims/Returns

  • Any shortage claims must be filed within 48 hours of receipt of goods. Anything after 48 hours, we will not be held responsible for any errors.
  • If a shortage was recorded with our office, you will receive a s Shortage Claim Number. Without this number, we are unable to give you credit.
  • If you have any items you wish to return, we must be contacted within 48 hours of receipt of goods. A RMA# will be issued and required to return merchandise.
  • There will be a 15% restocking fee for all good merchandise returned.
  • We will not accept returns on discontinued merchandise.
  • All credit will be given as company credit. There are no other forms of refunds.
  • Our drivers are not authorized to take back returns.
