Return Policy

If there are any items that you wish to return, you must contact our office within 14 days of receiving your shipment.  An RMA# will be issued.  We will not accept any returns without an RMA#.

If you receive deliveries by our truck, you can return the items to the driver.  If you receive deliveries by UPS or a trucking company, you will be responsible for shipping the items back to our warehouse.

There is a 15% restocking feel for all good merchandise returned.

Returned merchandise will not be accepted if:
1. Product is incomplete (Packaging missing, parts missing, etc.)
2. Must be full case returns otherwise fees will apply
3. Item has price tag marked

 

Shortage Policy

Any shortage claims must be filed within 48 hours of receipt of goods.  After 48 hours, we will not be held responsible for any errors.

When a shortage is reported, you will receive a Shortage Claim Number.  Without this number, we will not give any credit.
