  • Prices are only available to customers that have created an account online and have been approved by Trisonic.
  • If you have an existing account with Trisonic, all you have to do is create your account online and provide us with your ID number and we will approve you right away.
  • If you are a new customer, create a new account using the member form. You will need to also submit a copy of your Tax ID/EIN/Certificate of Authority and your Resale Certificate to complete the process.
  • As a wholesaler, since we do not charge sales tax, by law, we are only allowed to sell to other wholesalers and retailers that resell merchandise and will charge tax.
  • As we wanted to create a more convenient and functionable website for our customers, we had to use a different code which did not allow us to export any of the data from our old website. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Payment

  • We accept payment by cash, all major credit cards, and wire transfers.
  • We take every precaution to ensure that your credit card information is safe
  • We offer single use payments and multiple use payments. Single use payments, we will destroy your card information after your order is processed. With the multiple use payments, we store your information securely for future use. We will always confirm before charging any cards.
  • Once you have established a reliable history with us, our credit department will make a decision based off your history and other credit references.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping charges vary depending on your location. Please contact our customer service team to get more information regarding the cost. We will always work on finding the lowest rate for you by comparing various shipping options.
  • Our goal is to ship out all orders 24-48 hours after you confirm the order and we receive payment.
  • Shipping times depend on your location and the method we ship. We will do our best to give an estimate of when you will receive your merchandise by. For orders shipped with trucking companies, we can arrange the trucking company to call in advance for an additional fee.
  • Please contact us within 48 hours if you have a problem. Our customer service team will be more than happy to help you with any questions or issues you may have.

For consumers

  • We appreciate your kind words, but unfortunately we are not able to sell directly to consumers. We can try to find a store near you that carries whatever item you may be looking for. Shortly, we will also be pairing up with an online seller to provide items you can buy directly from them.
  • If you need to return an item, you may do so by going to the store where you purchased the product from. We will not exchange, refund nor give credit for any purchases made at a retail store.
  • If you are having trouble with your remote control, please view the instructions on our instructions page. If you need help finding your code, go to the codes page, then press CTRL+F and type in the model of your device. If your device does not show up, you can try to use Auto Search to connect your device. As there is such a wide variety of brands and models, we cannot guarantee that the remote control is compatible with all devices.
