Shipments billed according to prices in effect at the time order is placed.

Minimum
Minimum order of $500.00.
Standard packing, all orders must be in case log quantity.

Terms
COD for this pricing. We accept credit cards: Master Card, Visa, Discover, American Express.
5% surcharge on 30-day terms after credit company approval.
Orders will not be processed if there are outstanding balances.
Any past due account is automatically changed to COD cash only.

Shipping
In New York City, our truck makes the five boroughs deliveries free of charge provided the order is at least $500.00.
Orders less than $500.00 will be shipped via UPS and we ask our customer to pay the freight charge.
All shipments FOB our warehouse, Queens, NY.

Claims
Claims must be made within 48 hours of receipt of goods. After 48 hours, we cannot be held responsible for any errors.
We strongly advise you to notify us immediately of problems in your shipment.

Returns
Defective products will be handled according to our warranty policy.
All merchandise returned must have prior written authorization by us.
There is 15% re-stocking charge for all new merchandise returned.
