Terms
COD for this pricing. We accept credit cards: Master Card, Visa, Discover, American Express
5% surcharge on 30-day terms after credit company approval
Orders will not be processed if there are outstanding balances
Any past due account is automatically changed to COD cash only

Shipping
In New York City, our truck makes the five boroughs deliveries;
free of charge provided the order is at least $200.00.
Orders less than $200.00 will be shipped via UPS and we ask our customer
to pay the freight charge

Backorders
Order for items not in stock will be back-ordered
Customers will be notified of immediate delivery when items are in stock
Back-orders may be cancelled without prior notification
We apologize for occasional back orders

Claims
Claims must be made within 7 days of receipt of goods.
After 7 days, we cannot be held responsible for any errors
We strongly advise you to notify us immediately of problems in your shipment

Returns
Defective products will be handled according to our warranty policy
All merchandise returned must have prior written authorization by us
There is 15% re-stocking charge for all new merchandise returned
