Warranty And Replacement Policy

 

Trisonic warrants products to free from defective materials or workmanship. The warranty is void if unit is tampered with, improperly installed, or subject to misuse, negligence, or accidental damage. If, for any reason, products are broken or defective, we ask our customers to do the following:

  • If items are missing or broken, we ask that you make a claim within seven (7) days of receipt of merchandise. If your customer purchased a Trisonic product and found it to be defective, he/she must make this claim within 14 days after the purchase date. After 14 days, we are not responsible for replacement of goods. In this case, please enclose a copy of your customer's dated purchase receipt when returning the item. If your customer purchased a Trisonic telephone set, he/she is eligible for our 3-year warranty. We will repair the phone, no charge for up to three (3) years from the date of purchase. It is the responsibility of the customer to send the phone to our service center for repair. Have your customer refer to the warranty policy enclosed with the phone for further information.
  • Return the defective or broken item(s) prepaid by UPS to our authorized service station. All parts of the item, including packaging, must be sent in order for replacements or credit to be given. Call us to confirm the mailing address and to receive and R/A number to include with the item(s).

NOTE: It is the customer's responsibility to ship defective merchandise to our warehouse freight prepaid.

Upon receipt of the defective or damaged products, we will determine eligibility for replacement. In most cases, replacements will be given instead of credit. Do not deduct from an invoice without prior written authorization by us.
